What are the accepted payment methods and charges for credit card payments?
For payment, we require a 30% deposit wired to our account, with the remaining balance due at least 60 days before the safari commences. Alternatively, the balance can be settled in cash (US dollars) upon arrival. We do accept Visa and MasterCard, although there is a 5% surcharge for Credit Card Payments.
How far in advance should I book my safari to ensure availability?
To ensure availability, especially during peak seasons such as July/August and the Christmas/New Year period, it is advisable to book your safari well in advance.

While visas can be obtained upon arrival at the airport, we recommend securing them in advance through the respective Embassies/High Commissions abroad to avoid potential delays.
What is included and excluded in your safari packages?
Our safari prices do not include international flights and transportation to and from East Africa. We operate custom-converted Toyota Landcruiser 4x4s for our safaris, with a minimum of two and a maximum of six persons per safari land cruiser to guarantee window seats.

While we cannot guarantee wildlife sightings due to their natural habitats, our chosen locations enhance the likelihood of fulfilling experiences.
